It’s Royal Wedding Time!! The wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle is due to take place on 19 May 2018 at Windsor Castle in England. The groom, Prince Harry, 6th in line as heir to the British crown, will wed his bride, Meghan Markle, an American actress.

The couple began their relationship in November 2016 and announced their engagement a little over a year later in November 2017, when the Prince gave Markle a bespoke engagement ring made by Cleave and Company. The ring consists of a large center diamond from Botswana, with two smaller diamonds from Harry's Mother, Princess Diana's, jewelry collection.

Queen Elizabeth II consented to the marriage under the Succession to the Crown Act 2013, which allows the monarch to approve or disapprove marriages of the first six persons in the line of succession. The Queen's consent was declared to the Privy Council of the United Kingdom on 14 March 2018. Prince Harry was fifth in line to the throne at the time of his engagement, but has since been moved to sixth since the birth of older brother Prince William’s third-born child, Prince Louis, just last month.

The wedding will definitely be an affair to remember, chock full of pomp, circumstance, and beauty.
